Long Working Hours

We came across an interesting and quite an eye opening study the other day conducted by the World Health Organisation about the negative effects of long working hours on people’s health. The results indicate that increasing your working hours from around 40 to 55 hours a week can significantly increase your risk of suffering a stroke or from heart disease. Quite alarming we think, so we thought we’d put together a safety moment or infographic to help raise the awareness of this, particularly as working patterns have changed during the pandemic.
